Nexon has Outstanding customer care?

A lot of people have voiced their appreciation with how problems are handled in Maplestory Mesos a timely friendly method. The Live Chat and the GM’s who help with the tickets move out of the way to help mend problems, and answer questions, and help players. Well, I’m not happy. And I’m not the sort of guy who bashes on maplestory with no reason.

Ever since Shade came out, I haven’t been able to make any new ghost character. Between the Beast Tamer and Colour release, they ended up altering the character name filter to never allow „ghost“. I have sent in a ticket, so I have talked to GMs, I’ve reached out to the MLC about it, but nothing is being done about it for the last year. It is frustrating because even a fair programmer could correct this issue. It’s not that’s something hard to accomplish, it’s that there is somebody in the business that’s saying no to fix this.

I understand customer support doesn’t make all the choices, but I wonder if they’re actually passing down what the gamers need in person tickets such as these. I just hate how such a simple and consequence-free request is that means a whole lot to the participant is being denied for whatever reason. Customer support may not be the one to blame, but my anger is blinding me to some stage where I can not be satisfied with any component of Nexon.

P.S. To provide more insight since I start playing maple almost 9 decades ago, I have always created a personality with it suffix as „ghost“, and I have made a lot of characters because I started. For Nexon to filter the name out makes me feel like I’ve been prohibited to make any new characters. And in a way I am letting that happen by refusing to create new characters until that buy Maplestory M Mesos is fixed. So this isn’t only a „it’d be fine if Nexon did so“ petition to me, it is something that means a lot for me. I’d really like to earn a Shade along with a Kinesis this winter (not to overlook all the NX I’d spend should I be able to earn those characters).

Witch Malady’s dialog is long and tedious. Items can only be purchased one by one, and can only be cooked one by one. Cooking one thing means moving through 6 or 5 dialog boxes (and selecting an option in each, which means you can not actually junk the NPC Chat crucial). And you have to cook a dozen intermediate items until you’re able to produce a solitary Stew, which is pretty much the only among Malady’s concoctions that is still helpful.
